LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAM

My coaching program challenges you to continue developing professionally to achieve career goals important to you.  You’ll perform at your best by developing insights about your thinking, personal values, your emotions and behaviors.  This can help you work more effectively with your team, peers and colleagues across your organization.

During our leadership development programs, as your experienced coach I will be a trusted partner to help you learn how others perceive you and identify opportunities to be more productive and effective with these important relationships.  My experience in a corporate leadership role for many years will bring a top level perspective to our sessions.   

We begin with a foundational tool to anchor to during our work together:  The Leader’s Dashboard, © Center for Executive Coaching.  This tool helps us know what’s most important to focus on during our calls together.  Self-awareness, confidence, action plans and execution are your outcomes.  

We’ll work together for a minimum of six months with a cadence of bi-weekly coaching sessions.  Depending on your goals, I will offer assessments most helpful to support your development.  Partnering with you for your success is important to me and I will be available in between our coaching sessions for those situations that arise when you need to talk something out.

ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX ASSESSMENT

Energy leadership


As individuals, we view the world through filters (based on our experiences, values, assumptions, etc). Those filters will either limit what we see (like tunnel vision) or expand what we see (like a prism) and impact how we perceive and what we think about our circumstances. This impacts how we “show up” in different situations.

The Energy Leadership Index assessment reveals what specific filters you’ve developed and how those filters are influencing the results your achieving.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENT (EQ-I 2.0)

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENT - Deb Seymour

The EQ-i 2.0 model of Emotional Intelligence is comprised of sixteen specifically defined components of your socio-emotional functioning, each of which plays a critical role in your personal and professional effectiveness. Rooted in the extensive physiological and behavioral research, the EQ-i is a tool that enables you to quantify these behaviors, comparing yourself to a selected norm group and showing how your behavior differs from others around you.

Unlike many other assessments made up of right and wrong answers or that seek to measure skill and ability, the EQ-i’s results require interpretation and context. The result is a deep dive into a model and vocabulary for self-awareness that reveals potential strengths and growth opportunities. Whereas IQ and “personality” assessment scores tend to be unchanging, EQ-i results not only can change, but should, with maturity, development, and skill-building.
