Deb Seymour is a professionally trained Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation specializing in leadership development for individuals and teams. She worked in corporate for 30 years in a leadership role focused on operations & talent development. Helping teams win, growing professionally and making an impact are important factors that drive her success. In short, Deb enjoys helping people become better than they ever imagined.

Deb partners with executives and teams to be more effective at leadership, communication, teamwork and employee engagement. Her work focuses on getting to the root cause…also known as, “The Thing Behind the Thing”.

Her approach uncovers insights and awareness that inspire change through possibility, confidence, and teamwork leading to results that impact performance in all business areas.

Deb’s programs are geared to align with both client needs and company culture. There is nothing cookie-cutter about it. Her diverse skill set allows for customizable topics depending on the client’s needs. Some examples include: Executive Coaching, Professional Assessments (Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, Five Behaviors) and Leadership Development Programs.

Connection and creativity are two words that Deb lives by.  Calling home on Moosehead Lake, Maine, she finds balance in her life with the beauty of the area.  Most days you’ll find her hiking mountains with her husband or kayaking peaceful streams to watch local wildlife.  The environment strengthens her connection and creativity which allows her to build a successful practice supporting her amazing clients.  Life is good!
